Fraser/99th Street Park & Ride Lot: The Project/Site location was not only a commuter transit corridor for northwest & northeast Clark County neighborhood but also a regional/interstate high capacity transit system on I-5 corridor between Vancouver WA and Portland OR.

Preliminary Design includes drainage design, water quality treatment alternatives, roadway realignment/reconstruction, Park & Ride lot layout design, Access roadway design, pedestrian facility, visual screening, and aesthetic treatment recommendations, future direct access ramp/HOV recommended an alternative. We provided effective coordination with the C-TRAN technical staff, Clark County, and WSDOT staff.

We also supported the environmental assessment team (JD white & DKS).
